On store.voltcarbontech.com, you can place an order with or without creating an account. Here’s how:
- Find a Product: Use our online search to locate the products you wish to purchase.
- Add to Cart: Select the items you want and add them to your cart.
- Checkout: Proceed to checkout using your preferred payment method.
You can complete your order using a major credit card through our Guest Checkout process without having to register for an account.
2. How to Cancel or Change Your Order
If you need to cancel or change items on an order that has already been submitted, please contact our team as soon as possible. Be sure to have your order confirmation number and specific item numbers ready as reference.

Please note that changes or cancellations can only be processed if the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order is in the shipping process, we may not be able to make adjustments.
3. Why didn’t I receive my Order Confirmation email?
Some orders may take a few minutes to process, so there is no need to worry if you received an on-screen confirmation that your order was placed. We will send you an Order Confirmation email shortly after.
If you do not receive your Order Confirmation email within 2 business hours, please contact us. Be sure to have the on-screen order confirmation ready if possible. If you do not have it, don’t worry—we will still be able to locate your order!

1. How do I return an item?
At Volt Carbon Technologies Inc., we strive to provide you with high-quality products. If you have an issue with a product, please review our 30-day Refund/Credit policy below:
Refunds and/or Credits can be requested for up to thirty (30) days from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted. Additionally, the following terms apply:
- Proof of Purchase: Proof of purchase from Volt Carbon Technologies Inc. is required for all returns.
- Final Sale Items: Our 30-day policy does not apply to products sold on a final sale basis.
- Refund/Credit: At the discretion of Volt Carbon Technologies Inc., a full or particial Refund or Credit will be given on a case by case basis.
- No Returns: Items sold by Volt Carbon Technologies Inc. will not be returned to Volt Carbon Technologies Inc.
Final Sale Items Items sold on a final sale basis include (i) custom items; (ii) sourced products; (iii) clearance/while supplies last items; and (iv) any other items designated as a final sale.
Volt Carbon Technologies Inc. does not accept Refund/Credits outside of the 30-day policy unless otherwise noted. We will make a good faith effort for prompt correction or other adjustments with respect to any product that proves to be defective within the warranty period.

Volt Carbon Technologies Inc. ships to addresses in only Canada.
- Shipping to Canadian Addresses: We are happy to fulfill orders for customers across Canada.
- Shipping to US Addresses: At this time we do not provide shipping services for customers in the United States.
